1. Shipping
1. For shipping within the Netherlands we make use of the services of TNT Post. You can see the shipping costs of your entire order on the page:"Record Bag".
2. For the packing costs we charge 1 euro extra.
3. Wat Nou Music ships all products immediately when the products are on stock. When we need to order products they will be send as soon as they arrive at Wat Nou Music.
4. Placed orders are sent on the day that the payment has been received.
5. The User will act as a mediator for the Consumer in obtaining compensation if damages, losses etc. are incurred during the transport of the merchandise. The Consumer however continues to carry the full risk for damages and losses incurred during the transport of the merchandise.

2. Payment.
1. Orders placed on our site have to been paid within 14 days!
If we don't receive a payment within 14 days and you did not notify us about the state of your payment,
your order will be immediately removed from our site without any statement of reason.
2. Wat Nou Music offers you at this moment 2 payment options:
a. Bank Transfer (Free of charge)
b. Paypal (Bank/Credit Card) (4% costs)
3. If an article from our store sales crosses with our web shop sales as a result,
that the article you have ordered is no longer on stock, we will contact you and deposit if required the remaining money into your account and/or we try to order article again. Your order will be sent afterwards we have contacted you.
